Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Product Returns

Due to the nature of candles, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Custom Orders

At this time, Healing House Oasis does not offer custom candle orders. Each candle is created with intention as part of our core collection.
