REFUND POLICY

At Healing House Oasis, each candle is hand-poured with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles once they have been shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

 

Please note:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or scent are natural in handcrafted candles and are not considered defects.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been shipped.
